‘Women in Sport Conference 2025 (by Mr. Steele).

Even as school was closed for the day our brilliant team of female sports leaders headed off to Tallaght Stadium to represent females in sport today at the 2025 Women in Sport Conference.
 
Throughout the day they listened to inspiration females including Lynne Cantwell (IRFU), Laura Hefferenan (Head Coach at DLR Waves) and Michelle Tanner (Chair of Sport Ireland Women in Sport Committee) and had a chance to network with women for the world of sport, business, advertising and communication.
 
We were the only school to attend and to give our girls the opportunity to see what its like off the pitch and court and will hopefully inspire some of them to go in a different direction once they have finished their playing career.
