On behalf of everyone at GOAL, thank you so to all the staff, students and parent of Mount Temple Comprehensive School for your incredible support during Jersey Day 2025.

We are truly thankful for the enthusiasm and generosity shown by your school community, and we’re extremely grateful to your school for raised an amazing €1224.39.

This year, 370 schools across Ireland took part, helping us raise an extraordinary €277,000 in total, a testament to the compassion and spirit of young people, teachers, and families nationwide.

Your kindness is making a real and immediate difference in the lives of vulnerable communities around the world. Thanks to you, GOAL is able to:

  • Build floating gardens in flood‑affected South Sudan, strengthening food security and protecting livelihoods.
  • Support healing through art for displaced women in Colombia through the Roots & Threads programme.
  • Combat child malnutrition in Tigray, Ethiopia through community‑based nutrition education and therapeutic feeding.
  • Empower women in Uganda to achieve financial independence through small business support.

This impact is only possible because of your compassion and commitment. Events like Jersey Day help GOAL respond swiftly to emergencies, providing clean water, nutrition, and essential sanitation systems to those most at risk.
