Get Cooking, not Cooked! with Ms Cusack- Pics

The cooking club, supported by the Mount Temple Arts Council, met yesterday and made delicious caramel slices.
Students made the three layered dish from scratch with a melting method shortbread base, homemade caramel, and a simple ganache, and learned how to decorate by feathering the white chocolate to finish. 
This club is open to enthusiastic chefs from all year groups. You do not have to study Home Ec to join.
Fill out the form in your year group google classroom or email Ms Cusack to be added to the Google Classroom.
In March we we are planning to make Portuguese Custard Tarts.
