The cooking club, supported by the Mount Temple Arts Council, met yesterday and made delicious caramel slices.
Students made the three layered dish from scratch with a melting method shortbread base, homemade caramel, and a simple ganache, and learned how to decorate by feathering the white chocolate to finish.
This club is open to enthusiastic chefs from all year groups. You do not have to study Home Ec to join.
