Cooking club with Ms Cusack

  • The group met in January to try their hands at choux pastry, and made delicious profiteroles filled with chantilly cream, and dipped in melted chocolate.
  • To join the club, sign up via the form on your year group or email Ms Cusack to be added to the google classroom for details.
  • The next session Tues 24th February, making Caramel Slices.
  • Enthusiastic chefs from all year groups welcome, whether or not you take Home Economics.
