1st Year Girls B Hockey Northside Champions

They have only just and done it!!! Our fabulous 1st Year Girls B Hockey squad have been crowned this years Northside League 1st Year B League Champions after a last minute goal saw us take the match to 1v1’s and after two successful attempts and with a save, we won!!! A Great effort by all the girls to go through the entire 11-a-side season with only one defeat (to the eventual Leinster Champions).  Led by Abigail, assisted by Lily, each and everyone one of the girls richly deserves the praise that they are going to receive.  With 14 6 years moving on from Girls Hockey this year, the future remains positive and with over 150 girls currently playing hockey for the school we are certainly going in the right direction.

A massive good luck to our Junior B’s who take to the field in their final at 11.00am today and to the Senior A squad who play in their final after the holidays.
