LCA and Japanese gyoza making (by Ms O’Loughlin)

The 6th Year LCA & Japanese classes worked together today to make delicious Japanese Gyoza Dumplings. Tofu for vegetarians, pork for carnivores. A great collaborative effort in the kitchen. Check out some photos in the Gallery below.
