The 6th year LCA class organised and ran a professional kitchen as part of their hotel catering course. For this they had to plan, cost, cook and serve afternoon tea for 25 staff members. The event was a huge success and the students learnt a huge amount about working in a professional kitchen and running a formal service. They designed a menu that catered for a number of dietary requirements and they transformed a classroom into a truly beautiful space. Comments from staff who attended were extremely positive and we are really proud of the entire LCA class for all of their hard work and for giving up their own time to run this event.
