TY Beach Study (by Ms O’Brien)

On Wednesday our 4th year geographer’s headed to Dollymount Stand to carry out a coastal investigation. They looked at how erosion, sea level rising and an increase in global storms will impact on our much loved Bull Island. They worked hard to navigate their way around an incoming tide but as a group they achieved an impressive 230m beach profile (the longest we have ever completed).
